How do you actually love yourself more? How do you actually just love yourself? Well, I may or may not have. Okay. I have created something called the Self-Love 100, and it's 100 days of loving yourself more. And for the next 100 days, we are gonna be doing the Self-Love 100 together. Every single weekend, every single Sunday, 12 o'clock Eastern time. You will meet me here. And we are going to talk about steps to actually loving yourself more. If there's anything that I realized in my own struggle of trying to love myself, it's that when I started implementing really good habits and really great routines, that actually worked for me, not against me. I started to love myself more. I started to have the opportunity to love myself more because those habits and routines were mine. They weren't someone else's. They weren't something I found off the internet. They were mine. They worked for me and my lifestyle, and that's what I'm going to be helping you to figure out for the remainder of 2025. I wanna keep these episodes short and sweet, something you can listen to on your drive to work, uh, on, on your walk every single day when you wake up in the morning. As you're getting ready, I want you to have the easiest opportunity to put. All of these things into motion to really focus on you for the rest of the year. So every single Sunday, we'll be here for about 10 minutes or so, talking about the next thing that we're going to cross off our list. Now, the challenge, what is it? Well, it's a hundred days of loving yourself more, and there are about eight different practices that I have utilized in my life and that I hope that you can utilize in yours. In order to actually look back after those 100 days and say, holy shit, yeah, I do kind of love myself more. Because the goal isn't to be at this destination of loving yourself. The goal is to continuously choose yourself, and by starting the Self-Love 100 with me, you're choosing to love yourself more for all 100 of those days. And I can promise you that if you decide to choose yourself for 100 days, you will love yourself more. There is no question about it. So welcome to week number one. Welcome to the Self-Love Archives. My name is Julia, and I am your self love bestie and your host of this Self-Love podcast. And welcome to this brand new series that we're calling the Self-Love 100 series. For 15 weeks and a hundred days, I'm going to be here with you every single Sunday going over something that you can implement in your life that's going to help you love yourself more. Now, I've never done anything like this before, so I'm excited to see how it works out and know that while I'm sharing my knowledge and this challenge with you, I'm going to be doing it. Myself at the same exact time. So we're in this together. It is week one of the Self-Love 100 and week one is very much a soft launch, soft step into the self-love 100. This week is all about intention. This week is all about choosing you. I don't want you to change anything this week, do anything different. Or even try anything new. I just want you to be aware of you, aware of your why, aware of why you are choosing to take this step into loving yourself more, and I want you to see where that leads you. I want you to really hone in on your why. Why do you want to love yourself more? Where are you? In life right now where you're screaming at yourself like, why don't you love yourself? Why can't you figure it out? Why can't you do this or have this or be that? Hone in on your why and be kind to yourself as you sit in that self-awareness this week. Your why can be anything under the sun. Take a look at your habits this week. What are some really great habits that you know you cannot go a day without? And what are maybe some habits that could be self-sabotaging? Your ability to love yourself? Are you talking to yourself negatively? A lot. Are you not taking enough time for yourself, or do you know that every single day you have to start off the day with a 10 minute meditation or else the whole day is ruined? This is not meant to be difficult. This is not meant to overwhelm you or stress you out. This is just to keep you aware of who you are right now in this very moment as you make the decision. To choose you for the next 100 days. I have some really exciting news. It's like I, oh, it has been a long time coming and I. Have been wanting to share this with you, and you might have heard me drop some like little hints or literally just blatantly say it like there was no keeping this a secret because I've been way too excited about it. There's one question though that you start and end the card deck with, and I wanna share that question with you today as we go on this journey of 100 days together. That question is who are you and how do you see yourself? I want you to take a moment to think about your answer. And it would be so great to write your response down to this question on a piece of paper, um, on your computer, in your notes app anywhere. Write your answer to this question, keep it safe, and we're gonna come back to it after the 100 days. Use this as your beginning into the self-love 100 to reflect on who you are in this very moment. Not who you want to be, not who you are tomorrow, exactly who you are right now. And that's it for week one. Keep your answer to that question somewhere safe and reflect on your life, on your day to day. Be aware and intentional about who you are exactly as you are.
